Meet the Founder
David A. Minogue - Principal Architect
ON-SITE GOLF DESIGN is directed by David A. Minogue, he is a cross functional expert holding rare qualifications as an E.I.G.C.A Golf Course Architect, Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management and Turf Management.
With a career spanning over 25 years, David has worked in over 17 countries in counting delivering world-class projects alongside the industry’s most respected architects and contractors.
His approach bridges the gap between technical engineering and the artistic roots of the game. David’s design philosophy is grounded in golf’s historical heritage, ensuring every project is an act of stewardship rather than just construction.
By spending time "on-site" and on the machines, he guarantees that the integrity of the design is carved directly into the dirt.

Neil W. White - Architect / Associate
Neil is an EIGCA qualified Golf Course Architect with over fifteen years of experience in the golf industry, initially as a greenkeeper before moving into golf course design and construction.
Working closely alongside multiple renowned UK-based architect offices, Neil has helped deliver numerous projects throughout the UK and Europe. He is an active member at Enville Golf Club playing off a handicap index of 6.2 and is also a member of the rating panel for National Club Golfer magazine in the UK.
