ON-SITE GOLF DESIGN is owned and directed by David A. Minogue who is an E.I.G.C.A qualified Golf Course Architect, Consultant Engineer and Project Manager.
David has over twenty five years experience in the golf industry, gaining both experience and qualifications in turf management, project management, engineering and golf course design.
He has worked in over 17 countries worldwide working for and alongside architects, contractors and consultants developing many world class projects.
